I highly recommend going to Dr. Wu -- she is very friendly and conservative. she only recommends treatment that i need and best of all she is gentle. Thank you for taking care of me & my family!
I just started seeing Dr. Wu for my dental care, and I can’t recommend her enough. She has an amazing bedside manner…always welcoming, friendly, and professional. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She’s also extremely informative, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer any questions thoroughly. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients’ comfort and understanding. I’m grateful to have found such a great dentist!
I’ve been a patient for well over 10 years and Dr. Wu is an absolutely wonderful dentist. Great staff, too. I’ve always gotten the best of care. Thorough and professional, but in a warm and friendly office environment. She’s especially good at crowns, if you ever happen to need one. Highly recommended
I was a patient here for almost 10 years and the dental care itself was fine. The final straw for me leaving this practice was that I discovered they had been falsely billing my insurance for procedures they had not been performing (e.g. gum exams not performed, billing for fluoride treatment after each visit, despite me never having received it). Disappointed with the lack of communication and care from Dr. Wu’s office. 1. Dr. Wu referred me to an oral implant surgeon who was out of my dental network. Assuming the referral was in-network, I scheduled a consultation that cost over $500, only to learn that the procedure would cost $5,000+ due to being out of network. I had to find my own in-network oral surgeon, which required an additional consultation costing $300+.
