Horrible horrible horrible!!! Stopped seeing my children due to a policy I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF!!! The only time I ever cancelled my children’s appointment was only for a had to reason!!! So if you do plan to take your children here never cancel an appointment. Staff is rude as well!!
Absolutely worst experience honestly
Before today I really did like Dr Walker and his staff! However after today I would not recommend them! At the end of July 2025, my 4yr old grandson had caps put on his front teeth by Dr Walker! Thursday November 20, 2025 my daughter called b/c he woke up with an abscess above one of said capped teeth, my daughter sent pictures and they deemed it an abscess, called him in an antibiotic and said they would give him a drs note for Thursday, when we come to the appointment Monday! Dr Walker and his staff are the absolute best pediatric dentistry in all of Tennessee and North Georgia. Both of my boys absolutely love them! My eldest son had 2 cavities our prior appointment; he never even knew he had a numbing shot or that he even had them filled thanks to Dr Walker and his team! Coming from a very over protective mama, I have always felt my babies were in the best hands possible since our very first visit! Thank You Dr Walker and your entire team!
