Horrible staff! Customer service is terrible , was running 5 min late and they refused to see me . Did not let patient explain or say anything , kept talking over - they were extremely rude . Sad that due to staff, they have lost a patient . When asked to speak with manager , promptly they transfered and coped attitude . No profesional at all !
He is very helpful in diagnosing what the problem is. Very pleasant doctor! And the wait time was like 5 minutes!
I have been a patient of Dr. Gambino’s since 2000. He did my sinus surgery in 2000 and has continued to provide me excellent patient care for the last 18 years. I have recommended him to several friends who have also found him very knowlegeable and to be open and concerned about their medical problems.
One of the worst doctors experiences I've ever had/ he had no time to answer my questions, abruptly walked out of the room after he did a very rough and painful throat strobe and quickly decided I had muscle tension dysphonia. Now it's 4 months later, I'm still hoarse and having to start all over with another ENT Doctor because I wouldn't dream of going back to him.
