Surgery was like clockwork. The appropriate people carried out the necessary steps from the surgical team, to the hospital , to the OT and PT personnel. They knew exactly what I needed and therefore, made my first surgical experience PHENOMENAL. One key item is that I could text Dr. Smith anytime and get my questions answered.
