Dr Dawn Phillips is exceptional, very caring, kind , treats patients with the highest respect. She explains everything you need to know and beyond. She is compassionate and knowledgeable and is truly my favorite ophthalmologist. I would definitely recommend her in a heart beat.
Dr. Dawn Phillips is a very respectful, compassionate, and caring Dr. who listens to you and addresses all questions/concerns you may have. In today's culture, it's rare to find a doctor who treats patients as if they are an extension of their family. Dr. Phillips does. I'm so blessed to have her perform my cataract surgery.
