Having lived most of my life in Chicago, when I moved to the Milwaukee area 6 years ago, the first thing I started missing was a Chicago-style hot dog. We tried several places, but were disappointed in what was billed as "the real thing." Then, we found Doctor Dawg and they do it right. Not only do they have authentic Chicago dogs, but also Italian beef & sausage, Polish sausage and even salami. Fries are fresh cut, sandwiches are prepared well and the service is friendly and the place is spotless - never a disappointment.
