Had checked in online and filled out all paperwork. Unfortunately, was stuck behind the train and ended up being 10 min late. They took the time to collect my copay then cancelled my appointment and spent another 5 min refunding. Staff was very unpleasant and didn't even offer to reschedule. They were just happy to kick me out.
I have an extensive medical history and needed a provider. Dr. Seitsinger's thorough, both listens AND hears his patients, and advocates for his patient. You're not just a 15-minute treat-and-street client. During our conversation, I believe he gets to the root cause of symptoms rather than merely masking them. Dr. Seitsinger is a stellar, down to earth doctor. He is kind, compassionate and attentive physician. Me and my family have seen him for many years. He cares deeply about his patients.
He's a super Doctor ,takes time with you and answers your questions . Have a lab on site too . ??Has a great nurse too.
Dr. Seitsinger has been my primary care doctor since I was a senior in high school. Now entering my late 30's I would never want to switch to a different doctor. He is kind, funny, and most of all LISTENS to what you have to say and explains everything.
I have been seeing Dr. Seitsinger for almost 20 years and wouldn’t change primary doctors for anything. He takes the time to listen to you and talk with you and to you NOT at you. He even takes the time time to joke around with you if appropriate and will talk about what’s going on with you and your family and how they are doing. Every time someone comes to me and asks if I know of any good doctors I always recommend Dr. Seitsinger right off the bat.
We have been seeing Dr. Seitsinger fit many years and we just love him. He is courteous, prompt, and super knowledgeable. We would not go to anyone else. The staff is friendly and Dr. is like family. We highly recommend him to everyone.
