My mom is currently admitted on the 5th floor & I would have to say this has been the worst experience in a hospital. Nurses & staff have been good when they FINALLY answer calls. Beds are HORRIBLE mattress is so thin you can feel the bed frame. I had to ask for extra blankets to add padding. Pillows are wafer thin. When we asked for an extra one we were told they only had one per patient. This floor of the hospital is so outdated. The bathroom is awful. I could go on b… See more
I am disappointed with the care they provided. The first thing you learn as a healthcare professional is patient centered care and Del Sol has failed to provide that. There is a lack of professionalism in the way this hospital operates AND their lack of communication as a healthcare team is extremely unacceptable. Be better.

RecommendedI had a knee replacement surgery June 2020. Highlands rehabilitation hospital was wonderful for my recovery. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, I had physical and occupational therapy daily and I felt comfortable knowing that all my medical needs would be taken care of. I also recommend Highlands outpatient physical therapy. My physical therapist, Steve explained each of the exercises and the reasons for doing them. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable.
RecommendedEveryone is friendly & respectful. They explain everything. The therapy is rigorous however, you can take breaks as needed.
My uncle is sick with COVID and he’s a dialysis patient and you people almost killed him tonight just from sheer negligence. if something happens to him under your watch I will personally get the media involved and everyone in El Paso will be made aware of the subpar treatment going on in there.
