Dr. Schafer was Very professional and took the time to explain my injury to me. He explained my options for care and he set my nerves at ease. I am very happy to have met Dr. Schafer today, and I’m feeling much better about my recovery
Dr Schaefer was wonderful. He spent time with me. Explained everything that was going on and patiently explained what was next. He answered all my questions and eased my fears.
Every time we come here there always seems to be a problem. Her staff are all incompetent. They either over charge us or have no clue what to do with our insurance. Half of the time we come there for an appointment they are so backed up we have to reschedule. Extremely unprofessional and we will not be returning.
Dr. Shaffer is Great! His staff, especially the scheduler Julie, really gets this review. She is very incompetent and unprofessional! She is the one in charge of scheduling your procedures. She is using a book and not a computer to schedule. I sat next to her when she penciled me in for an 8:30AM procedure. Told me I would be in and out of there before lunch. The day before, the hospital calls me and tells me my appointment is at 10AM! I told them my paperwork said 8:30AM, the hospital responded back saying she never schedul... read more
