dr springer is great, however, the office he has been at for the past decade plus is awful. so slow. so outdated. update: they recently sent me medical documents for a completely different patient. well over 30 pages of personal information. I reported this to the state and federal government (anyone who has worked in the medical field pretty much knows nothing will come of this bc HIPAA is a joke). Do NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

They need to monitor their drop off/pick up area better. I had to pick someone up from Dr Springer's office who had trouble walking and seeing and there were two cars sitting in the pick up area. They belonged to people who were throwing out trash or something like that. They could have parked their cars and brought everything to them instead of blocking everyone's way. Dr Springer provides excellent care and we trust him with our eye care. He has a busy practice but worth the wait especially if you have complicated eye issues or need surgery. The staff is always willing to work with your schedule or needs.
