They need to monitor their drop off/pick up area better. I had to pick someone up from Dr Springer's office who had trouble walking and seeing and there were two cars sitting in the pick up area. They belonged to people who were throwing out trash or something like that. They could have parked their cars and brought everything to them instead of blocking everyone's way. Dr Springer provides excellent care and we trust him with our eye care. He has a busy practice but worth the wait especially if you have complicated eye issues or need surgery. The staff is always willing to work with your schedule or needs.
Very professional and I trust Dr Springers care
Every time we get here (twice a year) we are always on time for our appointments. It doesn’t matter much since we have to wait an average about an hour or longer to see the doctor. Today it was almost two hours. Not sure rather the scheduling staff does such a poor job or the doctor can’t figure out how long it takes an average per patient visit. This can be done better. Sorry doc start respecting your patients and there time.
