The office personal and Dr Liao are very good and I feel good to be in his care.
Dr. Liao was great - no issues there. He removed a mole from my back and it was benign. What was an issue was the additional $162 bill I got for the pathologist. No one told me that would cost extra, and surprise medical billing is illegal in CA. I’m trying to fight this charge now.
Dr. Liao is a consummate professional and deeply caring doctor, one of my favorite doctors.
