Dr Deuser is a very educated man & knew just what I needed to get my life back on track. I moved out of state, sadly. It's so hard to find a well experienced psych where I live know.
Not helpful with someone with mental health issues to answer the phone and hang up than call back to a busy tone.
I couldn't have possibly asked for a better psychiatrist. I only left because I moved away. I lost count of how many years I spent receiving excellent, top-tier care from Sherri Kroll, and although I never saw Dr. Deuser directly, he always had a warm smile and gentle presence when we crossed paths. The staff is incredibly caring. Sherri took the time to really talk to me, even drawing labs, to understand me and my body and get the care I needed. I have asked twice in two months to have new patient paperwork mailed to me because I am disabled and cannot drive or afford an Uber simply to pick up and return paperwork. I have never received it. Also, when I told the front desk person I was disabled, her response was, “So, will you able to attend all your therapy appointments?” I found this very offensive and discriminatory. I am going to report them to the Georgia Composite Medical Board and have made an appointment with a different doctor.
The front office staff play around too much and you can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone and they act like they never check their voicemails. I have found me another Dr because of all of this. I was taught better customer service than this in my working days. I will never recommend this group to anyone ever again!!
