Tried calling, didn’t hear back for 3 weeks. When I did hear back, I was in a meeting & missed the call. When I called back, a little over 2 weeks ago, I still have not heard back since. The answering machine is about 2 minutes long & details that they are closed for lunch every day & on busy days in the mornings to catch up on paperwork entry etc. they are also closed fridays. I would think that for a psychiatry office, they would prioritize communication with clients, especially new ones, who are in need of their services.

Got a referral to this place and spent weeks just trying to get someone on the phone. The answering service is broken and either rings infinitely or goes to an answering service which is received by unprofessional individuals who never give a call back. Let me preface this by saying Ruby is great. She listens to me and fills my prescription in a timely manner. The office staff? HORRIBLE. They do not answer the phone and will constantly hang up on you. A few months ago I had an instance where I was overdosing on my medication and didn’t know it. I came very close to killing myself. Dr Deuser is a very educated man & knew just what I needed to get my life back on track. I moved out of state, sadly. It's so hard to find a well experienced psych where I live know.

Not helpful with someone with mental health issues to answer the phone and hang up than call back to a busy tone.
