No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Dr. Benjamin is racist, rude and condescending
I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Did not discuss all available options - the best option for me was not recommended or discussed. Pushed surgery as a first choice.
Initial appointment took weeks, even though the situation was very serious. Was very quick to recommend surgery and did not thoroughly explain alternatives nor did he discuss risks to surgery. Overall I am not satisfied with this doctor nor would I recommend him.
