Dr Romea was very pleasant and extremely thorough while explaining every detail of my root canal before and during the procedure. I highly recommend him.
To be clear this is only about Dr. Romea. The rest of the office has been wonderful. He started to explain something difficult to my disabled mom who was getting a procedure done. When I began to tell him it would be helpful to explain things more simply for her he snapped his fingers at me twice. Literally lifted his hand and snapped twice in my direction. Unable to edit my last post, please know my feelings have completely changed. My case of long covid has been severe so I need my daughter to come with me to each appt to make sure I understand anything the drs say. I reminded Dr. Romea at the beginning of the visit. When he started explaining something, my daughter asked if I understood and he snapped his fingers at her twice like you do to dogs. I'd never experienced anything like that at a dr's office. Dr Romeo recently did my root canal and he was amazing. He was patient and funny. He was professional he explained everything he talked to me he was gentle and I would absolutely recommend him.
