At one time I would have recommended Dr. Witt but of late he seems to have lost all interest in taking care of his patients. He fails to read the reports prior to coming into the room with the patient, and fails to listen as you attempt to tell him why you are there to see him. Commonly he cuts you off while speaking and patently disregards the information you provide. Both my husband and I were his patents but when his failure to listen cost our health we moved on.
Dr. Witt talks a good talk but when it comes to action he is not very good. Have worked to get help with an Alzheimer’s patient for three years now he just declined that she “needed assisted-living help. When we said we needed help with her taking her medication he threw a fit and took her off all medication cold turkey. What kind of doctor does that?
just left his office, the serves from the nurses was satifactory and quick, but seeing the doctor was a hassel, felt like he just saw me as a kid or something... discribe my pain and told them its happen 2-3 times each month for the last couple months and he ask well is continious or here and there, then ask if i understand whats he asking... just felt un heard and he shoves me off to another doctor... what a waste of time and money
I was a patient to a previous Dr. and Witt became my Dr when my prior retired. I have yet to have an appointment where I didn't wait more than one in hour in the lobby, followed by thirty minutes or more in the patient room. He does not listen when you explains your issues and typically wont even hear you out.
