Dr. Spiegel is hands down, the absolute worst Psychiatrist I have ever had the displeasure of meeting! I was a patient at Sentara Norfolk General under suicide watch and I had already met with a different psychiatrist who was looking to place me on in patient treatment at another facility. Dr. Spiegel waltz’s into my hospital room one day, very cocky acting and full of himself and behind him he brings in about 20 medical students! Dr. Spiegel helped me thru a very difficult time with depression & anxiety. He always returns my calls even in his car on the way hone from work or to work the next day. He helped my pain go away.
Amazing!
I do not recommend the way he expresses himselfs towards other people. He is not patient-friendly
