This person call doctor should be dealing with kids at all super unprofessional I have a telecommunication with him I explain what happen about my kids she was sleep and he said well this is not a barbershop you can come in or out whenever…….. I've been seeing Dr. Kramer for over a year now at Carma Health. Scheduling appointments and getting any other information about the office is a pleasant experience because of Jeanette! She is very accommodating and responsive which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with doctor's offices in general! I don't think Mr Kramer would have a practice if he wasn't handed unknowing patient.. yeah the woman at the front desks name is Janette... why she hasn't been fired I have know idea she treats patients like they annoy her and wasting her playing on her phone time. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kramer’s for over 5 years now. I find him very easy to talk to, attentive and genuinely caring. He’s thorough, asking good questions to get to the core early on. When I first came to him my anxiety and depression were through the roof, and the meds I was currently prescribed were not helping at all.
