Office staff was friendly and helpfull. Dr. Dawson always kept his appointments on time. He was very caring and took the time to explain every thing. Surgery was done so well that I was back to work 6 weeks later.
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Dawson. He answered all my questions and helped me with my recovery.
I first saw doctor Dawson in 2014 for back pain but he and the staff are very friendly and very attentive my concern doctor was very helpful

I got injured on the job. Dr. Dawson found the needle in the haystack, and fought every step of the way to get me fixed with conservative treatments. He never waivered from his commitment! I have never had a doctor who cared so much! His staff are also some of the best! It is comparable to a family! I can't praise them enough for all they have done for me!
Very thro, knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs and wants. Dr Dawson cares about you, you see it and you feel it. I would recommend him in a great beat!
