6 yrs ago I rated him & office a 5 star. Since last year, I’ve had nothing but rude, uncaring, unprofessional, cold hearted, receptionist that doesn’t know a thing about mental health care. I had been one a first people to have TMS by Dr Jones when office was in Arundel but once he lost THE BEST receptionist, Katie, his whole practice went downhill fast.
