I have documentation from Delta Dental that I paid Dr. Oliver. I have talked to his staff on multiple occasions and was left with the impression that everything was settled. I received a small claims complaint form in the mail yesterday. I called and left Dr. Oliver a message hoping if I talked to him, things would be corrected. He did not return my call. I called Delta Dental again and they are working on sending me a formal letter for the court. Really, this is not the way things should go.
They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature.
