I have always appreciated everyone at Doctor hepp's practice The fact that he introduces himself by his 1st name makes me very comfortable to use it and and as such He doesn't speak down to me as a patient he speaks more it's more at my level directly so It has always seemed when I have had a problem that leads to 2 of us against the issue not just me and him dictating orders we were both professionals working against the same problem

Sad u have to give this quack a star to write a review. Don't use this guy for anything unless you're in a quick hurry to get messed up. Office staff is rude and don't communicate very well. I fully recommend Dr.McCague at UPMC. He actually sits down and talks to u like a doctor and patient should. DO NOT USE HEPPS AT ALL
