I had to wait 2 weeks for an appt. when I went in, I also had an ear infection or 2, they wanted me to make another appt so he could check it out omg. Then I asked to refill a prescription I had with kaiser a couple of years ago and he asked me to bring proof I was taking it so I had to go to kaiser to get my report. Went here for my annual physical. Checked in, gave my insurance, was told that my annual physical would be covered. Nurse practitioner took me back, was with me 70% of appointment. Doctor came in briefly and it was all done... I thought. I soon discovered a bill for $257.00 in my mailbox. Centura claims that since it was my first time, it did not count as an annual physical. All I wanted was to set up a doctor if I got sick, and it cost me almost $300. I will fight the charges, but to even be charged that is insane. I have h... read more
