GO TO NORTH WEST MEDICAL INSTEAD. I’m not sure the blame lies with Dr Maldonado. The issue is his staff. Particularly the front office woman and his aid Roxy. Roxy kind of sets the tone for the whole office and she is a singularly unpleasant person to talk with. The staff never answers the phone and doesn’t return calls so there is no way for you to get information from them. Even something as simple as “How do I get on my father’s medical release form”.
