As a disabled veteran dr. NIBEL is probably the best doctor I've ever came across.
As a disabled veteran doc Nibel what is the first doctor to show any empathy towards my situation and it was the first time civilian in VA doctors have not questioned me as a drug seeker. I highly recommend him and his knowledge and all-around great guy.
