This was the worst experience. I had to come 4 times until I got my immigration papers. They always had excuses and made me wait over a hour and I came in with an appointment every time. The staff is extremely unprofessional and very disorganized. This kind of places should not be open. I don’t recommend this place to nobody. Save yourself a headache

Staff is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Seems like they never have time to take your call and Patricia always wants you to call later because she is “very busy”. As if us patients have control over that. She’s very rude and has no customer service qualities at all whatsoever.
Dr. Graham is a fine doctor this is not a ding on him but his staff provided the worst service I got charged twice for an immigration exam and have had to go into the office 3 times now to dispute it. For the immigration paperwork you have to make an appointment and then wait around for an hour because for some reason they cant just have it ready for you even though you already paid. When I went in for my paperwork they kept on asking me if they have this and that document (things I have already provided) instead of opening ... read more
