Dr. Chang has been treating my 96 year-old mother-in-law for decades. He is patient, kind, thorough, and is very generous with his time. I hope he continues to practice as long as my mother-in-law lives. He has become her family friend.
If I could even give 0 stars, I would. staring from the 1st day ((bad experience)).. Dr. Chang is the primary physician for both of my parents. Since they are quite elderly, I am writing this review for them. I've accompanied them to their appointments and have seen the positive interaction between them and their doctor. My dad, who has a great sense of humor and enjoys joking with Dr. Chang, especially loves the funny comments Dr. Chang makes on his lab reports. The worst primary ever. If there were Źero stars available that's what he would get. Extremely rude. Over Medicare's his patience not willing to answer questions. I do not recommend him . P
