Refuse to see me. during my wait to see a specialist referral by Dr Brill. As a result I had a cyst rupture on my cheek
I have been seeing Dr. Brill as my family physician for about 20+ years. He is a great doctor and I am so happy I found him so many years ago when looking for a new doctor. I've seen him for many issues over the years as well as annual physicals and couldn't be more satisfied with his practice.
Pros: The office is clean, newly renovated, and in the middle of a popular area of Rocky River. Cons: Appointments are often cancelled at the last minute. The receptionists give conflicting or incorrect information. The doctor prescribes unnecessary medication. There is a general lack of focus in the entire practice that results in them being unable to meet the needs of the patient.
Wonderful person and Doctor ! My husband and I have been patient's for over 15 years!
