He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.
I thought he was very good. He seems pretty thourogh with more of just a verbal exam. I just wish he would have told me what my next step would be in trying to figure out my issue, even though it was out of his specialty, that would be the only complained that I would have, but it's really not a complaint. Thank you.

Hi. So on my Cigna website, I was told that this provider is in my preferred care, and I was told that the copay would have been $25, even though it is a specialist. But you know, in actual reality we actually pay $50 for co-pay for every visit. There's some disconnect between the insurance information. This is what we're being charged, not a huge deal, but you know, discrepancy.
Feeling much better and very optimistic that I will have good recovery.
