Told by Dr. Anderson wisdom teeth were impacted into the bone during pretreatment visit. Predetermination from dental insurance included anesthesia ($500) covered based on this diagnosis. Diagnosis after treatment - teeth were not impacted into the bone which resulted in anesthesia NOT being covered by insurance. This error added 500 dollars out of pocket. Basically told to bad when asked if he would consider assuming half of the anesthesia cost. Can't be trusted with diagnosis!
Dr. Anderson extracted a broken tooth and performed implant surgery for me five years ago. Both were performed with almost no pain, with the doctor explaining each step in detail as he worked. The follow-up by the office staff after each procedure was also excellent. I will definitely go to him again, if the need arises.
Dr Anderson extracted a molar for me 3 years ago. Yesterday, he extracted a bicuspid. In both cases the procedure was completed efficiently, painlessly and professionally. I appreciated his work and the assistance of his staff. I would use him again and I recommend him to others.
