Office staff is rude. Tried to book an appointment over the phone as a new patient, and she seemed very biased against new patients. Started giving her my information, then here computer lost it. Told I'd call her back if I wanted an appointment, and she very quickly retorted, "Okay, bye." She did not even want to take in new patients or try to make me want to go to the office.
