Dr. Eisenman is knowledgeable and was very open to discussing my concerns and quickly diagnosed and scheduled a surgery. Everything went quite well and the followup was great. There are some issues with the scheduling and processes at UMMS but they are not due to the doctor.

Dr. Eisenman preformed a surgery in 2012 for removal of cholesteatoma that saved my ability to hear and prevented further tragedy. I cannot thank nor recommend him as a surgeon enough
