Brought my father to his appointment today 6/13/24. Was met by a very rude front desk receptionist Nathalia. She claimed that I was given something which I was not on the last appointment and was very nasty back and forth me about it. Refused to allow us to be seen by the doctor though we brought his Dexcom unit as instructed by Dr. Domenchini. Brought my father to his appointment today 6/13/24. Was met by a very rude front desk receptionist Nathalia. Called the office multiple times to see if a referral was faxed in from my PCP so I could make an appointment that fit my work schedule. Was told no each time, called my PCP who now has a stack of transmission reports stating that the fax went through. Dr. Domenichini, I would like to see you as you were my late father’s Endocrinologist. I would much rather see someone who knows my family’s history than pay for an additional copy of his death certificate and pull his records!
