Recently I discovered that this office was carrying a positive balance of several hundred dollars on my account. They were using and holding my money for over eight months! Now I understand why every time I went there they would "suggest' little things that would not be covered by insurance but would definitely add to my bill. They appear to be more concerned about getting money out of you than getting your teeth healthy.

I will never go to this dentist again. They took my money for a copay and my insurance info. Then a month later I got a bill saying I owed then 500 dollars and that they did not take my insurance. I called the office and the girl was rude and said they didnt take my insurance, and I owe them money. Well Too bad I am not paying after they told me they too my insurance. To me they are scamming people. Dont go there and on top of it they will try and get you to pay for things you dont need...

I have been a patient for 6 years and feel I see the Dr less and less. His original office is set around a pond and is very relaxing. Since he opened a larger facility; he does not float around his Westport building as much. The staff is friendly, but I don't like the way the Dr pushes using all your insurance each year because you have it.

This dentist's office scores great in all areas but they are way to pushy with dental procedures which often you don't need, way to expensive and have filed bankruptcy several times. They told my neighbor she needed root canal, she went for second opinion and all she needed was a filling. All that being said, we bring our children there because they have TV's on the ceiling which makes the visit soo much easier for the child (and parent).

I have to agree with a lot of the comments regarding too pushy and expensive...ridiculous...will not go to him again..Love when they give you a bill for 9,000 and they think you have it up front and that it is no big deal maybe to them it isnt because they are making all the money....THEY STINK....

Went in for a cleaning and was given hard sell on dental implants, perio work. Very pushy. And I did not even get the cleaning I had scheduled!

Absolutely agree that he is overpriced and very inclined to slip in little extras to pad the bill. I was shocked when I received my bill for a simple cleaning and 2 fillings. There must have been 6 or 8 little line items that I didn't realize I'd be charged for. Silly little things like the single-use lip balm that they put on my lips as soon as I sat in the chair, for example. Be careful.

Wonderful and caring staff that really helped ease my anxiety about dentistry. I felt relaxed throughout my extensive treatments. I have now referred my entire family!
