Dr. Ren was an excellent doctor for wet macular degeneration! I had been going to him for over 13 years and I love him and his staff! I am sorry to say that he retired due to health reasons. I would do anything if God would heal him so he could come back to work! he actually deserves a rating of a 10 in my book
I live in Foreman. AR and am 45 minutes from Texarkana. I have been blessed to be seeing Dr.Ren for many years! He has been an excellent Retinol Specialist! He will be missed by many! Bon voyage! EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. PROVIDERS AND STAFF DO NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN TOUCHING PATIENTS. INTAKE "NURSE" TOOK HER FACE MASK OFF WHILE SPEAKING WITH US AND WIPED HER NOSE WITH THE BACK OF HER HAND THEN TOUCHED THE PATIENTS FACE TO PUT DROPS IN HIS EYES, WITHOUT WASHING, SANITIZING, OR PUTTING GLOVES ON HER HANDS!!! DISGUSTING! I ASKED IF IT WAS CLINIC PRACTICE TO NOT WASH HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING PATIENTS AND SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND SAID, "OH, UM, THEY USED TO MAKE US DO THAT AT OSCHNER BUT NOT HERE."
