Been waiting since September for glasses pretty shit place
I have waited on my glasses since 09-11-25 , my credit card has been charged. I have called and been to the office and nothing. I'm very seriously thinking of calling the better business bureau. It should never take 4 months to get glasses.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dr. Gomez used to be such a good Dr but that has changed in the last few years. He has lost all of his good staff. I have waited over three months on a pair of glasses for my daughter. I would not recommend this place.
I've seen Dr Gomez 5 years ago and everything went well but this time it's been a headache. When he moved from Crab orchard up into the Sam's club building it went all the pieces. None of the people that worked with him at the Crab orchard location went with him to the Sam's club building. It took me 3 months to get my glasses because they had lost them. It took over 3 months to get my contacts they had to reorder him. When he reordered them he told me that he would send him straight to my house that was fine but I've never ... read more
