Most amazing doctor I have been in contact with ! Today he assisted as anesthesiologist on my husband shoulder surgery . He was informative, personable , and just down right caring! I have had 8 surgeries but never had a doctor with his amazing personality . He is definitely admired by the whole staff at Kaiser’s Folsom out patient surgery center and by patients also ! THis was my husbands first surgery so he was nervous but Dr Niswander made his day and even wheeled him out to my car !! He is amazing!!
