My name is Arthur Randolph, Tuesday June 6, 2017 I went to Jordan Valley dental clinic for a simple tooth extraction. My tooth was broken at the root during the procedure, which I thought was strange. I was told there was no infection, and given a prescription for hydrocodone. The following day, after a painful and sleepless night, I returned to Dr. Hackers practice at Jordan Valley. Let's say he looked and done nothing.
