I’ve been coming here for 16 years, ever since I was a kid, and now at 21 I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They’ve taken excellent care of my teeth over the years, keeping them straight, white, and healthy. Dr. David and his team are amazing. They are excellent with children. We have been using them over 9 years and both my children looks forward to visiting the dentist despite the procedure they have to get done. They are very patient and know just how to keep your baby/children calm and confident.
What a horrendous experience for my son who has anxiety already..we were referred here and Dr Iris Daniel does not know how to deal with a highly anxious patient, especially a kid!! We had a major dental procedure needed, she is very rough, and basically put the laughing gas mask on but it clearly wasn't working, then the needle and it was also clearly not working because my son was screaming and crying, they continued the procedure without stopping to extract two teeth and he was screaming! I took my 3 year old daughter to see David Eisenstat to get her teeth clean. She was scared to go to the dentist as most young children would be. David Eisenstat was in a bad mood and didn't start the meeting right trying to calm her or ease her anxiety being her 1st time at the dentist. David instead, did quite the opposite as he started the cleaning process immediately. My daughter started crying right away and didn't like how forceful he was with her.
