Very racist and unprofessional office manager. When I scheduled my appointment I was advised that my insurance was accepted and when I arrived I was informed by the office manager that was not the case. The office manager was very rude and told me to leave even after I presented cash payment for my appointment because I was very disappointed that I had called multiple times and each time assured that my insurance( united healthcare community plan ) was accepted. I have been seeing Dr. David Whitt & NP Sara Sargent for many years now. Both are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable & always make me feel heard. I have never felt rushed during my visits & both take their time to explain medical diagnosis, disease progression & treatment options & plans with me. In a time when most offices have a "treat & street" kind of feel, this practice is a rare gem. From the front desk personnel, nurse Judy to the practitioners themselves... There is no collaboration happening with this staff at Diley medical group regarding your medical care if you try to speak up for your own medical care, they will discharge you from the practice. So if you decide to go here please know that you can't say anything about anything they are doing or not doing because they will just dismiss you. So sad that this office has changed so much over the years. I use to enjoy seeing Dr. Megan Bosson and felt that she truly cared about me. Amazing
Dr. Whitt was my dr. At the nursing home for over a year. Mrs sara was my nurse that worked under him. After 3 years at nursing home i got to go home. I chose him to be regular dr. He has been awesome. Sara is absolutly amazing.!!!!!! They are always there. Wouldnt trade this dr or his office for anything in the world. Thank you so much for everything you guys do!!!!!!
