Steer Clear! I had been going to see Sarah Sargent for a few years now, and I have told her on numerous occasions that I am having memory issues since Alzheimer’s does run in my family. Very racist and unprofessional office manager. When I scheduled my appointment I was advised that my insurance was accepted and when I arrived I was informed by the office manager that was not the case. The office manager was very rude and told me to leave even after I presented cash payment for my appointment because I was very disappointed that I had called multiple times and each time assured that my insurance( united healthcare community plan ) was accepted. I have been seeing Dr. David Whitt & NP Sara Sargent for many years now. Both are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable & always make me feel heard. I have never felt rushed during my visits & both take their time to explain medical diagnosis, disease progression & treatment options & plans with me.
