Dr. Sternberg has helped me much over the past several years. He is very kind and ver interested in me (compassionate), open to discussing new types of treatment, always available via phone or email or text. I've been helped so much by Dr. Sternberg, I actually consider him a friend, as he has shared many stories from his own life with me that have been either an encouragement or just to brighten my day! Highly Recommend this Great Doctor!
Well if you plan to obtain any kind of insurance. Do NOT count on this kwack pill pushing "Dr." To ever respond to the company's that you gave permission to contact. Thanks a lot. Now have to start all over. Will not be seeing you anymore there are other pill mills in kc!
I've been seeing Dr. Sternberg for 2 years now, and I'm very comfortable staying with him for the future. He gives you access to call/text/email him where he can respond immediately 24/7/365. You won't find another psychiatrist, let alone one that is also certified by the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine). I've seen many psychiatrists in my life, and I can't even compare them to how superior Dr. Sternberg is. His offices are discrete, you won't be in a room with a bunch of people.
Dr. Sternberg treated me for about two years. He went to Yale, is very intelligent and enjoyable to be around, and has a way of approaching treatment that always made me feel everything was understandable and fixable -- even and especially when I was most anxious, depressed, etc. He has a very casual and conversational style of dealing with patients and I can't think of a time I called and he didn't answer. He takes notes, remembers what's going on, and you get the feeling he's your friend.
