1. It took 11 months to get in to see Dr Hansen. 2. Two days prior to the appointment, his office changed it to a different day. 3.results were not shared until a follow up visit w referring doctor, 2 months later. be sure you schedule that appt at the same time you schedule w Dr Hansen. 4. On the morning we were to see referring doctor for results, I found that she had not received the results yet. I called Hansen’s office to inquire and results were then Faxed to referring dr. 5. I'm still waiting for test results a month later. They seem to believe the test results don't belong to the patient (judging by the difficulty getting them). That's illegal.

I never received my test results. I called and ask them to mail results to me since no one has ever contacted me to go over results. I paid 200.00 and have received nothing.

Dr. Hansen was so kind working with my 86 year old mother. He was able to communicate what was needed in a gentle and clear way and answered all our questions thoroughly even though our appointment ran long. Thank you Dr. Hansen!
