Lousy office staff no respect to patients they overbook and you wait for 3 hours after appointment. No follow up on prescription to pharmacy. They don't answer phone or hang up. Dr's excuse "it's a busy office" but there is no excuse for lack of professionalim or entitled front office Karen that thinks she can treat patients with disrespect
