Had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. Have been waiting 3 days for a call back and every time I proactively call they say they’ll get back to me EOD and then don’t.
Review of Dr. Dardashti’s office in Pasadena. Dr. Dardashti recently took over Dr. Helfand’s practice in Pasadena. Dr. Helfand was an outstanding podiatrist who treated our family for years. Unfortunately, he passed away, suddenly, in December of 2024. • I paid over $400 for new orthotics about the time Dr. Helfand became ill. Dr. David Dardashti is the best of the best. His knowledge and bedside manner are amazing. His office in Beverly Hills is impeccable.
1 year ago. Very vague, wasn’t knowledgeable and gave only 1 solution that wasn’t related to my daughters soccer injury. Fast forward to today, I called ahead knowing I’d be late to the appt (coming from school) but after arrival Jennifer had canceled the appt without a curtesy call. Never had such bad experiences with a Dr or Drs office. Wont be going back. Ugh.
