Dr. Chen performed a procedure to remove a concretion from my eyelid that had been bothering me for months. He was recommended to perform this 'in office' procedure; and was amazing. He explained each step of the process; and was extremely professional and friendly. Dr. David Chen is very unprofessional and arrogant . He brought a person with him to my exam room, without an introduction or explanation why this person is with him. He didn’t acknowledge me when he first entered the exam room, he walked in; sat down and continued to converse with this unknown person; explaining my situation. Dr. Chen is amazing! I needed eye surgery and it went so smooth, Dr. Chen did a great job. He is down to earth and so easy to talk to.. Truly great experience!
Dr. Chen is unbelievably rude. I chose to go to Dr Chen because of his Harvard education but sadly his manner doesn’t match up with the education. He is extremely rude the whole session. He might be a knowledgeable experienced medical profession but the way he treats his client is not acceptable for me. I do not recommend anyone to go there.
Dr. David Chen is absolutely wonderful!! We just visited him today. My Sister is 88 years old and He was so compassionate and understanding in caring for her. Very thorough and comforting, I can't say enough good words for him.
He is probably the rudest doctor I have ever met. He was belligerent, curt, annoyed with every simple question asked and seemed like he could care less about my condition. That being said, he did fix my problem, which no other doctor could do up to that point. Separately, the office was filthy, with so much dust piled up in the waiting room, that a child was drawing pictures in it with her finger.
Horrible! I wouldn't recommend Dr. Chen if your eyeballs were falling out. I've never met such a rude & nasty doctor & I've been working in the defense medical malpractice for 25+ years & have dealt with doctors both professionally and personally.
He is very knowledgeable, patient and carrying doctor, willing to spend as much time with patient as needed to answer all questions and concerns
It seems Dr. Chen advised me on a procedure based on insurance. Briefly, one eye would likely be covered by insurance (Ptosis). I was surprised he did not mention doing the other eye (typical for Ptosis), and he said it might not qualify for insurance. I said that was fine, I wanted the procedure done with optimal results. He basically acknowledged it best to do both eyes, but didn't recommend the other eye because it might not qualify for insurance. But, shouldn't I be presented the options?
