Hard to get ahold of. The staff is rude, doctor is dismissive. I work in healthcare and was appalled with the way they work at this clinic. Very unprofessional. Saw the doctor for less than a minute and he didn’t even address my concern. They also spelled my name wrong which resulted in a delay with my medication being sent to my pharmacy. I do not recommend going here. Don’t even waste your time.

I would like to start by saying stay away. Front desk staff is not well trained and not friendly. I really was trying to like this office but man do they keep making mistakes in the billing and the doctor (lady) kept having me go in for the same medications, like why even pay to go if nothing is changing. Only sees me for 5 min doesn’t let me talk and says okah I’ll prescribe this. Also let me tell you that the front desk lost my lab work, I had to have my doctors keep resending it. I normally don't write reviews but I must say that this "clinic" has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is not helpful at all. Why work in customer service if you don't want to be helpful at all? The staff also does not know much about skin. I truly believe they hire whoever is okay with minimum wage. Especially the staff member named Liz. She did not know any of the side effects of the medication whatsoever which could be a health hazard if distributed to the wrong kind of patient.
