I have been to Dr. Ettinger twice now, and I would do it again and would recommend him to anyone who needs implants. He is professional, competent beyond words, and caring (giving out his cell phone in case you have problems after hours). Could not be happier with both Dr. Ettinger and his entire staff.
The staff told me "I was their first patient of the day" and yet I had to wait 45!!! minutes for him to "return from lunch". Once he finally showed up, he was extremely rude and would constantly interrupt me while I tried to tell him what happened. At one point he noticed that I was from State College, PA and said, "Oh were you on the 5-year plan there? My sons go to UPenn, the real University in Pennsylvania." Dr. Ettinger is fabulous. He did 3 implants for me, and I couldn't find a thing to complain about even if I wanted. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to utilize him in the future.
The dortor's office charged us full fees for diagnostics at the beginning. Then the isnurance company also paid them in full that fee.Now we are struggling with doctor's office to get back the fees we had paid.
A doctor who is good at what he does. Had 3 wisdom teeth removed, no complications and minimal pain, healed very well and fast. He's not rude or rushed, he's just professional and doesn't drag the process out. Has a sense of humor too, to ease the jittery nerves :) He really made me feel like I was in good hands. The office staff also is very nice and go out of their way to help. Highly recommended!
I had 3 wisdom teeth removed with very little swelling or pain afterward. He called the next day and again 3 days later to make certain everything went well. His staff worked with me to get my very stubborn dental care provider to pay what they were supposed to. Had I not been forced to argue with my dental provider I could have been evaluated, x-rayed, and had the teeth removed in about two to three days. Both my son and I had surgery done by Dr. Ettinger and have had fantastic care. I absolutely love Dr. Ettinger!!! I have referred people to him who have had the same pleasant experience. Dr. Ettinger is polite, funny, knowledgeabe and compassionate. He would call in the evening after surgery to see how we were doing. If there was a problem he always made time to see us. I highly recommend Dr. Ettinger to anyone needing oral surgery.
