The VERY best provider I’ve encountered. I was direct admitted to hospital and when he was unable to access my chart, he made a huge fuss about it so bad, the hospital providers stated “he must really care to make a huge fuss regarding chart access!”. It’s very refreshing to have a provider who cares!!
I had a very good experience with surgery to remove cataracts in both eyes. The practice is very busy, but everyone was helpful and friendly, especially during the actual surgeries. My GP recommended Dr. Auerbach. He moves fast between patients on the follow up visits, in my case everything was fine, he took time to answer all my questions, and also had assistants who were helpful and very capable. Dr. Auerbach is a very knowledge Dr. But, trying to call the office is a nightmare as you are put on hold and told something like you are 20th in the Que. And, they never call or email you to remind you of your appointment. Since the appointments are usually made 1 year apart it is easy to forget if you are diagnosed with an illness and are undergoing treatments.
