Had to reschedule a couple of appointments with this office due to the fact my husband had a horrible crash on an e-bike and has a traumatic brain injury and has been in the hospital since February. I guess Dr. Auerbach thinks this isn't a valid excuse for rescheduling. I wont be wasting my time with this Dr anymore and will be letting the retina Dr that recommended me to him what a crock this practice is. God forbid people don't have an unexpected emergency you will be banished
Friendly and efficient staff. Seen in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. explained everything thoroughly.
Dr Auerbach is the best Dr very professional. He cares about his patients. I highly recommend him. He did my iridotomy surgeries both eyes. Thank you for everything and being so kind.
Saw him a couple of years ago and he seemed annoyed from the get go. He wouldn't listen to any of the information I had to provide about MY body and how it had been reacting until I told him how disrespectful he was being and he still pushed me out.
I was initially scared to see this doctor because of the reviews, but he has been so helpful. Other than one comment he made that it seemed like my eye movements were purposeful (they weren’t) he came up with a diagnosis that 2 different ophthalmologists hadn’t come up with: spasm of the near reflex. I looked it up, and it sounds exactly like what I am experiencing, except for the eyelid fatigue. (That’s still in question.)
