Absolutely crazy... I'm flabbergasted. I waited 3 months for an appointment for my thyroid eye disease only to have Auerbach's office cancel the week before the appointment and then they told me the next available appointment is another 3 months away And the cherry on top is they don't have a cancellation list to put you on, you'd have to call in everyday to ask if there were any cancellations.
I am so blessed to have found Dr. Auerbach to do my cataract surgery, and now my vision is 20 20! He is a very gifted surgeon! The staff is very helpful, also, but Ivette went above and beyond--I have to give her a huge shout out! I highly recommend this office!
I Love Dr. AUERBACH!! He is thorough, kind, caring and friendly. I have referred several people, including my adult children. I feel very confident after my eye exam. I rate him 5 stars. The staff is great too!! I would highly recommend.
