Dr. Auerbach, RJ, and the nurses in the surgery center are professional and outstanding. I’m so happy to be a patient at E.P. of Central Florida. Definitely recommend!
I was referred to Dr. Auerbach by my optometrist for an issue w pain and a droopy eyelid. He barely looked at me when he entered the room and obviously didn’t listen because I was referred out to a plastic surgeon. It seems the fact that I’ve been experiencing pain for a while now, was irrelevant and since whatever blood test came back negative, that was their next course of action. Absolutely crazy... I'm flabbergasted. I waited 3 months for an appointment for my thyroid eye disease only to have Auerbach's office cancel the week before the appointment and then told me the next available appointment is another 3 months away And the cherry on top is they don't have a cancellation list to put you on, you'd have to call in everyday to ask if there were any cancellations.
