I've seen both Dr. Zarou and Dr. Lopez. They are both exceptional. If there is a neuro-skeletal issue I've seen no one better. They adhere to the belief that they want to see you as few times as possible and, instead, get the body to heal itself. As a former athlete and current snowboarder, I tend to beat up my body. I almost always need to see them once and the issue is resolved.

Please, Please, PLEASE review all billing - ask your insurance company how many minutes they are billing for Office Visits. Does it make sense that they billed 25 minutes for office visit, when your appt was 30 minutes total? Also, look at your Plan Treatment notes in the portal to see if they make sense. Does it say 50% of the time was spent counseling the patient? If yes, is that true? They overbilled my insurance and me. And as another reviewer stated - the front desk person is rude.

Dr. Zarou and the other docs at Osteopathic Integrative Medicine are reasonablypleasant but not effective. Be very cautious regarding Dr. Zarou and his spinal injections. I had a horrible reaction to an injection in my neck and question whether he is qualified to be performing these type of injections. He also hires ATHLETIC TRAINERS. They are NOT physical therapists! Buyer beware regarding this group of "professionals".

Nice Dr. but office staff is curt and rude. Dr. Zarou needs to listen to his patients regarding his staff. You should also get another Dr. Opinion before allowing him to do injections--these are not without side effects and can cause long term problems.
