Dr. Pedersen speaks respectfully to patients and staff. He understood and addressed my concerns. The surgery solved a long-standing issue, and healing was quick. Dr. Pedersen made clear how to keep the sutured area safe. He gets high marks for both compassion and clinical excellence. I recently underwent inguinal hernia repair with Dr. Pedersen. He explained the procedure thoroughly prior to the surgery. Every thing went very well. Dr. Pedersen is very personable and took as much time as needed to explain everything to me prior to the surgery and in my post-op meeting. His staff (Office scheduler and Nurse) are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Pedersen.
Dr. Pedersen is an excellent surgeon. He was going to remove a questionable polyp from my colon and decided to remove approximate 10 inches of my colon, which probably saved my life, since the polyp was determined to be cancerous, but with no lymph node involvement. The scar is negligible and my recovery was really quick. I highly recommend this doctor.
