We have no complaints regarding office staff and friendliness. However, Dr. Litman was very rude and condescending. He told us he would be doing an evaluation but was not making recommendations, which told me he disregarded all of our concerms before even walking in the door. He was rude from the time he walked in the door and rolled his eyes hearing my concerns. I was very disappointed and will not be seeking anymore care from him. Anything we said was belittled or minimized as no concern.
Extremely poor bedside manner! He rarely spoke to me and seemed impatient during my initial exam. He performed a few dexterity 'tests' that seemed more like a field sobriety test than anything that would determine my problems. He was just unpleasant, never smiling and just seemed to be going through the motions of seeing me. He ordered a test and told me nothing about what to expect or what it was about and never gave me a chance to ask questions. Rude!! I can find another doctor!
No bedside manners. Very arrogant. Very unprofessional. Receptionist was nice.
I started having savior allergies in 2013 that would last 6 months. Dr. Litman's didn't care about my concers he bare spoke, ignored me, and prescribed nasal sprays that don't help. After suffering 3 years, an allergy test was finally done showing several severe allergies. They'd be resolved now if the test and shots were started last year. An epi-pen was prescribed without being told I needed it with my allergy shot. After my neglect and travel time, I found a highly recommend ENT that cares.
